Objectives of The Department

a.   To teach and train ethnic youth from the border areas basic, and advanced sciences and to cooperate in the department of human resources and socio-economic development of the border region.

b.     To train the ethnic youth from the border areas in industrial and domestic vocational skills and creating job opportunities as well as to assist earn in establishing micro-business opportunities.
