Deputy Minister for Border Affairs inspects border area development in Danu Self-Administered Zone

     Deputy Minister for Border Affairs Maj-Gen Than Htut inspected the completion status of constructing Shawpin-Linleinn- Melneltaung road (2/3) mile gravel road constructed with first six months fund from the fiscal year 2018-2019, the constructions undergoing at Ywangan- Mhyar Kalay (1/0) mile gravel road, Yanel-Taungoo-Satchan (1/0) mile gravel road, Phaungpyar- Myaynigone-Taung Chun-War Pyar road (1/0) mile gravel road and Shwepahtoe- Pansit-Kyankhinmyaung (2/0) mile earth road on 22 November.

     The Deputy Minister and party inspected the completion status of constructing water supply service in Thayetkone (North) Village, Pindaya Township constructed with first six months fund from fiscal year 2018-2019, work programme of access to electricity in Thayetkone (South) Village, Mine Inn (Nepal) Village School, water gallons 600 sized dispenser and gallons 5000 sized dispenser and 450 ft water pipeline for the village.

      The access to water will benefit 30 houses, 30 households, and 164 people. The Deputy Minister and party met and encouraged teachers, staffs, and students from Border Nationalities Development Training School in Pindaya Township and gave financial aid. They then inspected the construction processes of school, hostels for students, kitchen, dining room and planting seasonal fruits and ordered the necessaries.
