State Administration Council Member U Khun San Lwin attended the ceremony to commission Shwe Mine Seik Fertilizer Factory in Saikkhaung village near Saikkhaung-Maukmai Road in Pa-O Self-Administered Zone, Shan State (South), at 10 am yesterday. Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye gave a speech at the opening of the factory.
The SAC member, ministers and officials viewed round the factory which manufactures natural gypsum fertilizer and natural dolomite fertilizer.
Afterwards, the SAC member met trainees of the Ethnic Youth Development Training School in Saikkhaung of Hsihseng Township.
At the meeting, Principal U Khun Aung Hman presented the information about the school, followed by Principal Daw Khin San Win of the Women’s Vocational Training School explaining the background of her school.
The SAC member urged trainees to try and learn under the disciplines in order to become good leaders, and advised the teachers to nurture the trainees with good intentions.
The SAC member and the Shan State Chief Minister provided grants for training schools through officials.
Finally, the SAC member viewed round the dormitories, agricultural farm, water purifier plant, library, storehouse, and mess hall. — MNA/CT
