In cooperation between Education and Training Department and Swisscontact was signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) one-year term of Capacity Building Support for Mechanical Training School for National Youths in Border Areas in Labutta from 2018 to 2019 with a budget of US$ 0.1 million on 11 September 2018.

According to the MoU, were trained a total of 125 trainees from one Construction Course, two Electrical Course, two Automotive/Mechanic Course and two Welding Course, two mobile phone repair course and were provided of teaching aid with a budget US $ 63,540.
