In cooperation between Education and Training Department and British Asia Japan (BAJ) were signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) a six-year term of the Establishment of Technical School for National Youth in Border Areas in Hpa-An Township, Kayin State and Training Programme from 2013 to 2019 with a budget of US $ 1.54 million on 27th December 2013.
The Capacity Enhancement Plan for the Technical School for National Youths in Border Areas in Hpa-An Township, Kayin State
In cooperation between Education and Training Department and and British Asia Japan (BAJ) were signed the the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) one-year term of the Capacity Enhancement Plan for the Technical School for National Youths in Border Areas in Hpa-An Township, Kayin State from January to December in 2020, with a budget of US $ 0.74 million on 18th December 2019.

In cooperation between Education and Training Department and Swisscontact was signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) one-year term of Capacity Building Support for Mechanical Training School for National Youths in Border Areas in Labutta from 2018 to 2019 with a budget of US$ 0.1 million on 11 September 2018.
